Don't know who I spoke to but he could not be less unhelpful. He literally talked in circles and did not offer me any help. my 19 month old daughter was waiting in the hot car with doors open bc my engine needed to be off. He literally didn't even look at the car didn't help at all. Said no one could work on it till tomorrow I asked should I leave it overnight( I was told not to drive it that the engine would blow by an awesome worker at grease monkey) and he was like a fish out of water like he had no idea about anything I was so frustrated. Literally decided to drive it back home bc didn't want to work with him. First experience there. Last experience there.

I got a alignment service and it wasn't done correctly and my 2 front wheels got damaged. I called and they said it's not there responsibility for the bad work done Terrible service wouldn't go back Just because I didn't buy the tires there they won't be responsible for it but they did the alignment and messed up my tires

Last week I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V in because it failed its emissions test. Chris told me the diagnostic codes indicated the camshaft sensors were bad. He also said my oil was dark and needed to be changed. The confusing part was that the oil had been changed just three days earlier. My husband, who is a former mechanic, questioned whether an oil change would explain the issue. We decided to reset the warning lights, drive the vehicle about 100 miles, and have emissions tested again. The car passed emissions, but the sensor warning lights continued to come back on. After returning from vacation, I brought the vehicle back to have the camshaft sensors replaced. The shop kept my car for two days, and I only received updates after calling myself. When I picked it up, I was told the sensors had been replaced as I requested, but they couldn’t tell me whether replacing them had actually fixed the problem. When I asked why they didn’t know, I was told they still believed the issue was due to the oil needing to be changed—the same explanation they gave during my first visit. That was confusing because if they believed the oil was the real cause, I don’t understand why they proceeded

My service was done so quickly and efficiently. Ron, the store manager was very informative and helpful with difficult questions. As well as the service teams customer service, including a long time employee Lance, and Chris. They were very helpful in assisting as well as navigating the paperwork for the service. When I came to pick up my car it was a quick process, it was parked out in the lot. Great service and friendly staff! Highly recommended

Excellent service, quick, fast, and efficient. Ron and Lance were amazing. Ron listen to all the concerns I had with my car and reason for bringing it in and assured me they would try to figure it out. Ended up being a quick fix and saved me lots of money. Highly recommend, and will be coming back for any car needs.
